Safety and fun are Alpenglow Expeditions number one priorities during our climbs on Africa’s tallest peak. Our itinerary is slightly longer than other companies, because we feel that having a couple more days to acclimatize allows you to safely climb Kilimanjaro and successfully reach the summit. While trekking Kilimanjaro is not technical, it is still a very serious undertaking.
